Recovery is… healing.

Recovery is an awakening of all senses, in order to feel, and to rediscover your beauty within.

“Life is an opportunity, benefit from it. Life is beauty, admire it. Life is a dream, realize it. Life is a challenge, meet it. Life is a duty, complete it.
Life is a game, play it. Life is a promise, fulfill it. Life is sorrow, overcome it. Life is a song, sing it. Life is a struggle, accept it. Life is a tragedy, confront it. Life is an adventure, dare it. Life is luck, make it. Life is too precious, Do not destroy it. Life is Life, Fight for it.”

-Mother Teresa

Mini Bio

I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a minor in Counseling and Educational Psychology and an Ed. S., School Psychologist at New Mexico State University. I have also obtained a Nationally Certified School Psychologist Certification, and a LMHC.

I am very passionate in my works and I enjoy working with all ages of individuals. My goal is to tap into the worlds of my clients in order to create a positive rapport and understanding of my clients needs and goals. I believe in approaching the needs of my clients through compassion, in order to create an understanding, an awareness of self and teaching the coping skills necessary to continue on their life’s journey, in healing.

I enjoy spending quality time with my three children and my grandson. I love to spoil my children in my love for cooking. My love is in practicing my spirituality and culture. I enjoy the nature, hiking, cross country running, music of all genres, the arts, dancing and traveling with my children and grandson. I believe this world would not go round without Grandma’s and Grandpa’s/Abuelita’s and Abuelito’s.
