Recovery is… Not linear.

Recovery looks different for everyone. The shared thread of recovery is for each person to increase self-awareness, self-acceptance, and a reconnection to their authentic self, however that unfolds on the path for you.

“Light will someday split you open even if your life is now a cage.
Little by little.
You will turn into the stars.
Little by little.
You will turn into the whole sweet.
Amorous Universe.”

– Gabor Maté
