Recovery is… Empowerment.
Recovery is… Feeling true empowerment is like stepping out of the armor we have worn so long to protect ourselves, and recognizing how much weight we were carrying. It is stepping into our true selves that have been there all along, and we just needed some support to get to. The journey to empowerment and healing is here for you when you are ready.
