Recovery is… Authentic.

Recovery is living authentically. Authenticity takes courage; courage requires vulnerability. Recovery is putting your story out there, owning it, and moving forward. Recovery is rediscovering connection, meaning and purpose. Recovery is moving through pain into a greater sense of enlightenment. Recovery is living with integrity, finding joy in the little things, and regaining hope for the future.  Recovery is within you!

“You know, sometimes all you need is twenty seconds of insane courage. Just literally twenty seconds of just embarrassing bravery. And I promise you, something great will come of it.”

-Benjamin Mee
