Domestic Violence is among the most serious and frequent
injuries to women, children, men and their and families. The
damage that results is devastating for all members of the family.
Domestic violence is all to often hidden until its cycle has
gotten so bad that little can be done to save the family from
being torn apart.
At Evolution, we are able to
save families from ruin, or at least stop the violence until
the family can figure out what it wants to do. The key is early
intervention. The sooner we can intervene with a family that
has had violence occur the better.
We take careful steps to ensure
safety at all times when intervening with a family where violence
exists.
Our first priority is to stop
violence and help the family restore safety and trust. Only after
this is established can couples counseling or family therapy
commence, let alone work.
Our program is certified as
approved program by the State of New Mexico, Children, Youth
and Family Division. |
