Anger is a natural and normal emotion. For some, however, it becomes a problem when it results in negative consequences such as damage to property, regrettable outbursts at loved ones like spouses and kids, unnecessary conflict, road rage, or legal consequences.

Typically, anger that is unmanageable results in more or even bigger problems than it resolves, such as when someone's feelings get hurt, property gets damaged, the police get called, or someone else gets injured. Or anger becomes more important than the issue you're angry about, such as when family members are afraid to talk to you about important things because they are afraid of you. Anger that is unmanageable can actually makes a person sick or ill due to chronic hostility, tension, and conflict.

At The Evolution Group, Inc. we provide a structured educational approach that teaches people quickly how to get a handle on their anger. This is usually done in a group setting but can also be done on an individual basis. Either way the experience addresses the many different physiological, psychological, and habit-based behaviors that trigger anger. Each individual's unique anger profile is identified, and specific techniques introduced to bring about change.
